High court denies a retired lieutenant colonel with the U.S. #Army Reserve fee waiver
He filed a complaint in Barnstable Superior Court, alleging various constitutional violations with respect to the presidential ballot. He also filed an affidavit for indigency, requesting the waiver of fees, but a judge denied that on the grounds he had an income above the poverty line, according to the documents.

A soldier from Knoxville, Illinois has reunited with his K-9. The last time they saw each other was four years ago when they were both serving overseas. He served as a bomb sniffing dog for the U.S Navy for the last eight years.

US #Military -US, allies conduct 21 airstrikes against #ISIS:
An international coalition led by the United States conducted 15 airstrikes against ISIS in Iraq Thursday and also targeted the militant group with six strikes in Syria, the U.S. military said in a statement Friday.
One strike near Tuz hit a tactical unit and destroyed 10 ISIS rockets and a vehicle, according to the military statement.
